Updrilled all subframe joints. Installed and updrilled horiz stab skins.
Installed left stabilizer tip. Used a method suggested by others of doing the initial fit without the tip rib installed. By pushing the edge of the tip inboard against the end of the spar flange, pushing it forward as far as possible, and making it parrallel to the skin line, things lined up well and no trimming of the tip will be needed (as I did on the vert. stab tip). Perhaps 1/8" of flox or microbeads will be needed to fill the leading edge gap and contour the leading edge to the tip. This won't be required on the vert tip using my other method which requires trimming, but the trailing edge of the vert tip does not line up as well as the method used on the horiz stabilizer. Either way, a little leading edge or trailing edge fill will be needed.
